THIS AGREEMENT WAS RATIFIED ON: October 31st 2005. RecycledLives, Inc. is dedicated to privacy and security. The following discloses our information gathering procedures and disseminations practices for our website.
The security and protection of your privacy is paramount. We at RecycledLives Inc. practice and safeguard the confidentiality of your personal information. From time to time Additions deletion or any changes to this statement will be resolved and publicized on this site.
Use of Private Information by RecycledLives, Inc.
The User of this website consents to the collection and allocation as well-limited use of personal information.
For the purposes of facilitating compliance with the provisions of any applicable Federal and/or Provincial Guidelines, privacy information legislation (including without limitation, the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act S.C. 2000, as amended), the User of this website hereby consents to the RecycledLives, Inc. collection and use of the User's personal information necessary to and sufficient to enable the RecycledLives, Inc. to proceed with the Users' submission of personal information to participate in the services offered by The Recycled Lives Inc, including without limitation the Applicant's name, home address, email address, telefax/telephone number, and to the disclosure and or distribution of any or all such personal information to the following entities, on the express understanding and agreement that RecycledLives, Inc shall not sell or otherwise provide or distribute such personal information to anyone other than the following entities, namely to:
- Any financial institution(s) providing (or subjectively wishing to provide) financing, banking, and /or other financial or related services to the RecycledLives, Inc, which may require information or verification of information to related income.
- Any relevant governmental authorities or agencies, including without limitation to, Canada Customs and Revenue Agencies (i.e. with respect to any GST. Or Income Tax);
- The Recycled Lives Inc solicitors, to facilitate the preparation, execution and enforcement of the contracts;
- Any and all other qualified users of this website;
- Any person, where the user consents to such disclosure or disclosures required by-law.
What information do you gather automatically from visitors to your site?
We use your IP address (the series of numbers associated with your individual computer) to help us maintain our site and identify problems with our server. Your IP address does not disclose any personally revealing information about you.
Browser information collected on the website and server logs
Like most web sites, we keep server logs of accesses to the site. These logs are used internally to determine what sections of our site are being accessed so that we may improve our site. Our website logs are not personally identifiable, and we make no attempt to link them with individuals that actually browse the site.
We do use cookies to identify Internet traffic that comes through advertising and to facilitate a more friendly experience. Cookies are small pieces of information that a web site places on your computers hard drive so we know it is you when you visit. This helps us to create a personalized experience for you when you visit our site. The use of cookies is a very common practice on the Internet. If you are uncomfortable with this, you can disable all cookies through your browser settings. Or may take steps to obtain a different program to disseminate the cookies for you. Your enjoyment of our site won't be affected if you have set your browser to reject cookies. This information is secured and cannot be modified, and replicated by an unauthorized third party.
What information will RecycledLives, Inc ask me for?
When you establish an ad profile on the RecycledLives, Inc service you will be asked for some general identifying information, which will enable us to provide you with this individualized service. We gather contact information (like your email address), and demographic information (like your city of residence or age). We may share some of this information for our own research purposes with our professional advisors or consultants and third party partners, however the information shared will be limited to non-personally identifying demographic information shares under the cover of a confidentiality agreement. If you choose to become an advertiser, we collect financial information (like your credit card number and expiry date), Recycled Lives only uses this information in the courser of providing our service to you.
Once you have created an ad profile, you will be given the option of creating a pseudonymous profile (Nickname and personal description) where your gender is applicable. Depending on where you place your AD Profile, you will be asked for some personal yet non-identifying information to complete your profile (e.g., height, body type, race, religion, perhaps whether you smoke, etc). This information is not linked in anyway to your personally identifiable information, for other members to see. Obviously, if you provide us with a photograph, which would aid you in achieving responses, some of your information may become personally identifiable information.
How will this information be used and who has access to it?
We may use your contact information to send valuable updates and polices of timely promotions and mailbox status reports to you. Our site provides you with the opportunity to receive different types of communications from us.
Your non-personally identifying information demographically is used to personalize your experience, allow other members to find you through a search, to compose your personal profile, which is associated with a pseudonym onus identity you have created, and deliver to our targeted advertising and promotional offers to you from external companies that are of relevant in the highest degree to your demographic profile. Other than your mailbox, your contact information is never available to other members or organizations with in our security features.
In the event you decide that to establish an Ad Profile on Recycled Lives Inc. system members will be asked for financial information (I.E. when you pay by credit card) Which cannot be read by others when you initiate your order though our secured system method of payment. You will know you are in a secure mode when a tiny padlock icon which is located at the bottom of your browser - appears to be "locked". Alternatively, potential members may place they're Ad Profile with a live Customer Service agent by calling 1-905-632-6381 from 9 am -9 pm Monday to Friday and 9 am to 2 pm Saturday and Sunday Statutory Holidays in Canada and the U.S.A excluded. Due to a high rate of calls you may leave a message and someone from RecycledLives Inc. will get back to you.
The personally identifiable information we gather form you is used for internet reviews and to improve the content and function ability of our web server or customize the layout of our pages for each individual member. The specified information we collect is not shared with organizations and RecycledLives, will never release your personally identifiable information to third party or external organization without prior consent except for the purposes of validating credit information and collecting debts, or unless we are reasonably to do so required by operation of law.
How long is my information I have provided kept for?
We keep the information you have given us for as long as your Ad profile remains active or hidden.
**For those of you who wish to initiate the missing person posting portion section on our site, for the nominal fee paid the information provided will be kept up for one year after the posting payment has been selected. To renew this information please press renew and the yearly posting will renew for privacy issues please read privacy statement and look for specific privacy statement in accordance with our site. Accessing and updating your email notifies preferences, personal information, and public information.
You have the opportunity to option out of certain communications and modify personal information or demographic information you have provided to us, and to hide information to the public or rather users of RecycledLives, Inc system at anytime by going to your profile manager or message center sections of the site.
Please be aware it may take several hours for any custom changes you make to take effect on the public areas of the system. Also please note that changing or deleting your information through your "profile manager "or "message center" section of the system, opting out of email notification from RecycledLives, Inc. will only change or delete the data in our data base for the purpose of future activities and/or communications. Changes and deletions such as these will not change or delete emails or other information that are queued to be sent or already have notified been sent.
Unsolicited Email (SPAM)
Privacy of e-mail lists
We at RecycledLives, Inc. maintain news lists to keep our members informed about breaking events, product developments and updates. We do not sell, rent, loan, trade or lease the addresses on our list to anyone.
RecycledLives, Inc. WILL NEVER send unsolicited email at any time for any purpose. To receive notices or messages from our system, our users must double option in. (this does not include payment notification or replies to emails you initiate to us). As well, we do not advertise our service using unsolicited email, nor do we permit any of our affiliates or web partners to use unsolicited emails either. Any abuse of such as that or direct evidence of that type of nature from us directly or indirectly should be brought to the attention of our Security and compliance officer at DandJ@recycledlives.com or by calling 1-905-632-6381.
Does RecycledLives, Inc. monitor online behaviour?
Our users communicate with each other through onsite message mail and instant
messaging. While we do not however as a rule moderate or monitor our advertisers'
private exchanges we reserve the right to do so if we suspect users being under the
age of 18 or of using our service for the purpose of solicitation or any other
violation of our terms of use or privacy statement. Submissions to our site that
appear on the public area of the site are moderated and, if necessary, We do reserve
the right to edit, delete, remove or not use any communication on a public area of the
site. Should there be any evidence of bullying or extremely odd behaviors we reserve
the right to monitor and if necessary deal with the Governmental authorities as we see
fit. Users should be encouraged to have the control to decide who is savory and not
savory. *Note: We do not condone any acts of terrorism(s) or activities of any kind
beyond our reasonable control. Should there be any of these behaviors please notify the
legal officer immediately at Info@recycledlives.com.
Our advertisers may choose at they're own discretion to participate in community polls. The result of these polls are tracked by gender ONLY and do not reveal any identifiable or private information linked to the individual voters.

AFFILIATES
When you register to become an affiliate on our site, you will be asked for your contact information. The information provided will only be used by internal staff and will never be shared with anyone external to the company other than our advisors and representatives.
